Formerly a church, The Sanctuary Inn is pleased to offer two vacation suites in Val Marie, SK. We have since expanded to include other (off-site) accommodation options - cabins, houses and more. All of our accommodation units are just 10 minutes from Grasslands National Park.

At The Sanctuary Inn, we have two adjoining suites located in the old church available: The Moose Suite (1 Bed) or The Owl Suite (2 Beds).
The Moose Suite is ideal for solo travelers, a romantic couples getaway, small families, hunters and more.
The Owl Suite is ideal for couples, friends, co-workers, families, hunters and more.
For stays longer then 7 days, please contact us for a special rate.
*Off Season: From Thanksgiving to Winter. The Moose and the Owl Suite are not available from December to March/April.
We are pleased to have The Fox's Den - Cozy Pine and Cedar Cabin available year-round. Located beside the old church, this accommodation unit is beautifully handcrafted with cedar and pine throughout.
Off-site Vacation Suites Available by The Sanctuary Inn
Due to popular demand, we are pleased to be able to offer other AirBnB-style Vacation Suite Rentals. These are not located at the same location as the church but within 1 minute. (Well, everything in Val Marie is just a minute away).
The Blue Grama - Little Prairie House is available year-round. Perfect for Couples, Families, Co-workers, Friends, Hunters and More!
Shady Lane One-Bedroom Apartment is perfect for short, mid and long term stays. This quiet and peaceful one-bedroom apartment is very functional and fully-equipped, including laundry. Available all year-round.
Note: We are currently not taking bookings for this suite. Please let us know if you would like to be on the wait list for 2026.
